Admissions
Choose a program of study and then follow the steps below to complete the admissions process. If you're undecided on the degree you want, please visit one of our Career Centers. Please check Application Deadlines below to identify if a program is under a specific application window.
- Complete an application form. You can apply online, or you can pick one up at any Moraine Park campus.
- Submit the nonrefundable application fee of $30 (in order for the application to be processed).
Payment Forms:
Online: Credit card only
Mail: Check or money order payable to Moraine Park.
In person: Credit card, check, money order or cash
- Certificate program students should submit the application and $30 fee.
- Submit official high school transcript, post high school transcript(s) and/or GED/HSED transcript. Transcript Form.
- Take the ACCUPLACER placement assessment, or submit ACT score reports.
*ACCUPLACER requires a $15 fee.

(Nail Technician and Phlebotomy Technician certificate students must complete an admissions meeting.)
Application Deadlines
Moraine Park is currently accepting applications for most programs (certificate, technical and associate degree levels).
The following programs have a specific application window from September 15, 2008 until October 15, 2008:
Associate Degree Nursing with Practical Nursing Exit
LPN to ADN Progression Nursing
Applications must be postmarked during these dates to be accepted.
Moraine Park is not currently taking applications for the following programs. An application window will be reviewed in fall 2008 to determine the next open window for applications. Please inquire at a later date.
Radiography
HINT: Apply early. Some programs have limited space and great interest. In some cases, we recommend completing admissions a year or more before you plan to begin classes. Application windows are subject to change based on availability.
